配送・送料について

当店でお買い物いただき、誠にありがとうございます。国内配送についての詳細は以下の通りです。

1. お届け時期

  • 代金のお支払い確定後、通常5営業日以内に商品を発送いたします。

  • 後払い決済をご利用の場合は、ご注文確定後、5営業日以内に発送いたします。

  • ※土日祝日は定休日のため発送業務を行っておりません。休み明けの発送対応となります。

2. 配送料金（日本国内）

お届け先 ご注文金額 送料
沖縄県以外 11,000円（税込）未満 770円
沖縄県以外 11,000円（税込）以上 無料
沖縄県 金額にかかわらず 2,200円

※ご購入手続きの際に表示される最終金額をご確認ください。

3. 返品・交換について

商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、お客様都合による返品・交換には応じかねます。万が一、お届けした商品に初期不良や破損があった場合は、商品到着後速やかに当店までご連絡ください。

International Shipping & Customs Policy

Thank you for shopping with OLYMPIC GOLF. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an international order.

1. Shipping Method

All international orders are shipped directly from Japan via EMS (Express Mail Service - Japan Post). Once your package is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email.

2. Customs Duties, Import Taxes & VAT

Orders shipped outside of Japan may be subject to import duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country's customs authority upon arrival.

3. Payment Responsibility

All customs duties, import taxes, and related clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We do not collect or process these charges in advance. Duties and taxes must be paid directly to the local courier or postal service upon delivery/clearance.

4. Refused & Unclaimed Deliveries

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, all round-trip international shipping costs and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
